    ​Asharqia Chamber continues its preparations to launch the "My Craftsmanship 2023" exhibition next August 


    Asharqia Chamber continues its preparations for the launch of its sixth edition of the activities of the exhibition of productive families, crafts, and handicrafts, “My Crafts 2023 AD”, from Tuesday, August 29 to Saturday, September 2, 2023 AD, under the auspices of His Royal Highness, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region, in "Dhahran Expo" exhibition grounds, Dammam - Khobar Coastal Road. 

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzaiza, appreciated the sponsorship of His Highness Prince of the region for the exhibition and the excellent support that productive families find from His Highness and his keenness to sponsor and support them to improve their role in all governorates of the region.

    Al-Ruzaiza explained that this edition is attended by about 300 male and female participants, 22 incubating societies, and approximately 5 government agencies. The participants' works vary between handicrafts, painting, decoration, fashion, perfumes, incense, coffee, and sweets. Developmental training courses and programs for all groups, provide an opportunity for all participating groups to benefit from these programs and courses offered by a group of specialists.

    Pointing out that the Chamber recently finished receiving requests for the participation of productive families and owners of crafts and handicrafts in this edition.

    Regarding the privileges granted to productive families and owners of crafts, arts, and handicrafts participating in the exhibition, Al-Ruzaiza said, "There are many advantages, on top of which is the participants' access to free training courses before the exhibition is held, in addition to their inclusion in the marketing guide that the Chamber will issue in conjunction with the exhibition." The exhibition of the year is attended by many supportive and incubating bodies for productive families and owners of crafts and handicrafts, namely: the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Social Development Bank, the Eastern Region Council for Social Responsibility, the Heritage Authority in the Eastern Region, the Culture and Arts Association in the Eastern Region and its employees, and many other associations and development centers.​
